Kenosha County residents ill with salmonella poisoning

Posted under Product Liability

The Kenosha County health authorities recently launched an investigation after some people were confirmed to be sick with salmonella poisoning, a May 19 article of WISN reported.

According to reports, more than 20 people suspect that they fell ill, possibly from consuming contaminated pork carnita meat. The suspected meat products reportedly were all bought from Los Corrales grocery. Some parents and their children who consumed the pork carnitas suffered from illnesses a day after eating the food. People told reports that they experienced a high fever that lasted for couple of days, while children had vomiting and diarrhea. A reporter who recently visited Los Corrales said that the questioned food products had already been removed.
