Elderly woman killed in Milwaukee pedestrian accident

On Monday, February 24 Earlene Frazier, 62, died after being hit by an SUV.

Around 5:30 a.m., Earlene and her sister Betty were on their way to work. After getting off of the bus, they were crossing the street at the intersection of 35th Street and Highland Highland. While crossing the street Earlene was hit by an SUV.

The driver struck her while driving at a rate of about 25 mph. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV cooperated with the Milwaukee Police at the scene of the accident.
