Waukesha man dies in motorcycle accident

Around 9 p.m. on Tuesday night a 23-year-old Waukesha man was leaving work when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed.

The young man worked at Bruno Independent Living in the City of Oconomowoc. Witnesses said he was leaving the parking lot after his shift ended and he was unable to keep control of his motorcycle. He was taken to a local hospital, and shortly after his arrival he was pronounced dead.

According to police, the Waukesha man was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. An investigation into the causes behind the motorcycle crash is underway, and at this time it is not clear whether the crash was caused by a mechanical issue or human error.
