Hit-and-run suspect wanted in Waukesha

Waukesha authorities are currently searching for a pickup truck driver responsible for a hit-and-run accident that took place in Eagle earlier this month.

The incident happened on Wednesday, January 15 at around 5 pm when a 42-year-old Mukwonago woman was struck by a pickup truck just outside Eagleville Elementary School, according to reports from the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department. The woman, whose name was withheld, sustained non-serious injuries in the incident. Authorities described the pickup as a light-hued, possibly silver-colored “very clean” 05’-06’ Ford F-series pickup truck. The vehicle in question should have a broken side mirror on the driver’s side.
