Teen sexually assaulted after concert

Posted under Personal Injury

A 15-year-old girl recently filed a complaint claiming she was sexually assaulted after a concert on April 20. Gene Grey was charged on May 15 with sexual assault of a child as a result of the complaint.

In a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County Circuit Court by the teenager and her mother, the victim said she was awoken by Grey, who was already on top of her. The report states that Grey then sexually assaulted and raped her despite her saying she was tired and did not want to participate in the sexual conduct. If convicted of sexual assault of a child, Grey will face 25 years of imprisonment and a fine of $100,000.
