Arizona rocker killed in Wisconsin rollover accident

Posted under auto defect lawyers

On Sunday, a rollover accident on I-94 in Dunn County killed one and injured two others. The three members of the Arizona pop-punk band, While We’re Up, were traveling in a Toyota Camry when the back tire exploded.

This sudden tire blowout caused the driver to lose control,  and the Camry to rolled over on the westbound side of the highway. The front passenger of the vehicle, a 22-year-old member of the band, was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other two people in the car were taken to a hospital in Eau Claire to be treated for injuries.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, all occupants of the Camry were wearing their seat belts at the time of the incident. Alcohol is not believed to play a role in the deadly rollover accident. An investigation by the State Patrol is ongoing at this time.
