Sexual assault allegations made against Wisconsin athletic director

Posted under Waukesha sexual assault attorneys

A male student employee at the University of Wisconsin has claimed that the senior associate athletic director of the school sexually assaulted him during a trip to Pasadena, California.

The football team was in Pasadena due to qualifying for the Rose Bowl game. Before the game took place, a party in the hotel room of the athletic director occurred, and involved student employees of the Athletic Department and alcohol. The party got out of hand when the senior associate athletic director approached the student employee.

The student alleges that the director forced his belt off of him and then proceeded to put his hand down his pants. The student was horrified when he pushed the director’s hand away. He immediately recanted the event to his residing manager. Once the team returned to Madison, Wisconsin an official complaint was filed with police and university officials.
