ATV Injuries Lead to Lawsuit

Two teens suffered personal injuries last Saturday after an ATV accident occurred. According to witnesses, the two teens collided when riding too close to each other. The event was so serious that one of the drivers and his passenger had to be life-flighted to a nearby hospital.

On that same day, another man was hospitalized after he sustained serious injuries following an ATV accident.

While riding ATVs can be a very enjoyable activity, it is important to take whatever safety precautions possible when riding on a fast paced vehicle. ATV injuries may result in head injuries, spinal injuries, broken bones, and other serious injuries.

If you or a loved one has been injured in an ATV accident caused by the negligence of another driver, contact a lawyer for more information on protecting your rights. Call the ATV accident lawyers of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® by dialing 1-800-559-559.
