Carolyn Parrack has filed a lawsuit on behalf of Miranda Nicole Parrack, who was killed in a car accident after her safety belt failed. General Motors Corporation and Tygart Valley Motor Company have been named as defendants. According to the suit, Miranda Parrack was a passenger in the 1998 Chevy Blazer when the car was struck and began to roll over.

The safety belts failed to restrain her during the accident and she was thrown from the vehicle and killed.
