Linda Meagher is a shareholder at the law firm and one of two Waukesha office managers. Ms. Meagher handles general personal injury claims, but focuses her practice on medical malpractice and nursing home injuries. Her practice is state-wide. Before coming to the law firm, Ms. Meagher worked for twelve years as a defense lawyer. Ms. Meagher has tried cases throughout the State of Wisconsin. Ms. Meagher has handled numerous appellate cases, and has argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Meagher is on the amicus curiae curie committee of the Wisconsin Association of Justice. Ms. Meagher has given speeches and talks to legal groups and civic organizations about the law and her area of practice. Ms. Meagher is active in her community as a Girl Scout Troop leader. In her free time, Ms. Meagher enjoys taking taekwondo, cycling and yoga classes, traveling and spending time with her family.
