Catherine T. Tully
Ms. Tully joined the Habush law firm in 1983 after defending a deposition against Bob Habush. She had represented the plaintiffs at the first Wisconsin Patients Compensation Panel hearing and was the first woman hired for civil defense work in Milwaukee. She argued successfully before the Wisconsin Supreme Court in Stappas v. Kagen. Ms. Tully has represented injured people in over 25 verdicts and settlements exceeding $1 million.
At this time, Ms. Tully concentrates her practice in personal injury work in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Lake Geneva and Waukesha. In addition to her trial work, she is head of the case management software subcommittee at Habush Habush and Rottier.
